For the most productive first conversation, it helps to have a rough idea of your facility type, location, and the specific problem or goal (e.g. treating 500m³/day of industrial wastewater, or maintaining an existing STP). If you have existing drawings or water quality test results, these are very useful — but not essential for an initial enquiry.
